  8. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to fun or compatibility or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.
  9. The user is expected to try the software before they purchase it, and are responsible for determining whether or not the software is compatible with their system.
  10. The user accepts sole responsibility for any damage their use of this software may cause to themselves, their property, or others.
  11. The creators of this software assure the user that this software is not known to them to damage computers, or include any Spy ware, viruses or other harmful programs.

  17. The user agrees to only use this product in a safe and responsible manner. The user further acknowledges that this software does not portray behavior that they should mimic in real life.

  22. * Smoke tobacco or drink alcohol
  23. This software is not intended for minors and parents should preview it before allowing children to play.  This game contains explicit deaths/murders, and the main characters are not role models for children.

The user is required to provide a code generated from their system data in order to register this software. Entering the wrong code will result in a failed registration and loss of the registration fee. The user takes responsibility for entering the correct code for their system as provided by the software.
  30. Each registration applies to one computer and one computer only. Altering the computerÆs hard disks, windows installation, or processor, may invalidate the registration.
  31. The creators of this software assure the user that they will attempt to help users who have difficulty with this, but will not assume responsibility.

No one has any right to ôhackö, ôcrackö, or alter this game in order to distribute the full version without paying the softwareÆs creators.  People who do so and have agreed to this EULA agree to forfeit all their worldly possessions to the softwareÆs creators, as well as having ôthiefö printed on their foreheads in large letters.

  43. Game reviewers and previewers may use screenshots and character likenesses from the game, so long as they accompany an article about the game. The softwareÆs creators may revoke this allowance for any reason. This includes game download sights.
